Bed & Breakfast/Guest Houses are
scattered generously over the entire island and at all price
levels. The standard is generally high - please phone the relevant
place and enquire.
Ærø has three modern camping sites;
to the West in Søby, close to the beautiful nature area Vitsø Nor.
In the middle of the island in Ærøskøbing at the wonderful
Vesterstrand beach with its picturesque beach huts, and in the
eastern part of the island at Marstal - standing right on the fine
beach and the beach huts at Eriks Hale.
In addition there are a number of
primitive campsites, where you may always put up your tent for a
modest sum.
Finally, Ærø has a youth hostel in
both Marstal and Ærøskøbing.
